Our community has fallen short of achieving its full potential. I am running for City Council to change that, because our families and residents deserve better!

Growing up in the Northeast Valley, I’ve always considered myself blessed to be born into a family that led by example: teaching me there are no shortcuts in life, and that success is a function of hard work and tenacity.

This community is where my husband and I met, married and are raising our family. I love this community, and I have dedicated my life to giving back in a meaningful way.

My work as a community leader, non-profit volunteer, public servant, and as a mom, sister, daughter, wife, and lifelong resident of the Northeast Valley has provided me the opportunity to work closely with Neighborhood Councils and community leaders, local businesses, and residents in Sunland-Tujunga, Sylmar, Pacoima, North Hills, La Tuna Canyon, Shadow Hills, and Mission Hills. We’ve had some great successes, but there is much more work to be done.

In the weeks and months ahead, I look forward to sharing my story, sharing my experience and qualifications, and sharing my plan for bringing about long-term positive changes for our district. Most of all, I look forward to talking with you and hearing about your issues, your priorities, and your stories.

As your Councilmember, I will be 100% accessible and responsive to your needs, and I will work diligently to ensure that all our neighborhoods are vibrant, safe, and live up to their full potential.
